Die enge Zusammenarbeit in kleinen Gruppen bietet die Möglichkeit zu einem einzigartig intensiven thematischen Austausch und zur Vernetzung mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Fachrichtungen und Ländern.
Teilnahmebetrag: 25 Euro.

HOW TOGETHER WORKS? SOCIAL COHESION IN A NETWORKED WORLD
The Summer School will take place from 21 to 24 September 2022 at Ernst Abbe University in Jena.
We’re delighted to announce our summer school 'Social cohesion in a networked world'. We look forward to applications from Bachelor students of social work and other social and behavioral sciences, practitioners in the field of democracy and those who wish to learn and exchange ideas on the topics of social media analysis, intercultural competencies and (de-) radicalization and who might be interested in our master’s program 'Civic Education'. We offer three workshops:
- Workshop 1: What if I do or say something wrong? Intercultural competence training
- Workshop 2: Digitale Gefährdungspotentiale. Grundlagen der Social-Media-Analyse (Digital potentials of endangerment. Social-Media-Analysis 101) (in German)
- Workshop 3: Radikalisierung und Deradikalisierung (Radicalisation and Deradicalisation) (not applicable)

Workshop 2 und 3 will be taught in German. The close interaction in small groups provides the opportunity for a uniquely intensive thematic exchange and networking with people from different disciplines and countries.
